The Government refuses to print the proper Constitution - We the People are printing it with the Equal Rights Amendment which makes clear that women are citizens of equal stature and can no longer be discriminated against.
By derailing printing an updated Constitution with the 28th Amendment the Government has wiggle room to deny equal protection of law to women. This translates to undermining equal pay, personal autonomy, freedom from violence, putting the Care Economy in our GDP and political, economic and cultural support for women as mothers, leaders and oracles.
